Mark Zachar is the Data Science Talent Ecosystem Program Lead at Northwestern Mutual. He is responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing a diverse data workforce via the Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute. Mark is a leader in coordinating education-industry partnerships in SE Wisconsin through K20 programs, internships, and non-traditional talent communities. Mark ensures data teams have the talent they need when they need it.
