Kareem is VP enterprise effectiveness at Lumevity. Kareem has deep expertise across healthcare, particularly with Providers, Payers. He has worked on projects across Strategy, Operations, Transformation, Mergers & Acquisitions, and new business development.

Some of Kareem’s relevant recent experience includes:

• Developed ED diversion strategy & operationalized program targeting high utilization populations
• Developed a strategic plan to enhance health system alignment and expand service area within core footprint
• Developed strategy linking genomic / big data (Payer & provider data systems), and executed against plan

Prior to joining the Highmark, Kareem spent 8 years with Boston Consulting Group as a leader in the payer / provider practice, and 10 years in product development, sales, and business development roles for SaaS / IaaS and medical device companies.

Kareem holds an MBA from The Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania, and attended MIT majoring in Urban Studies and Civil Engineering.
