Gus Weber is the Vice President of Enterprise Data & Analytics at NIKE, Inc. Weber joined Nike in 2017, driving the enterprise-wide technology strategy for data and analytics to ensure that Nike maximizes the power of data as a competitive advantage.

He leads technology and engineering teams responsible for the delivery of analytics and data products, building capabilities to drive advanced analytics and the integration of machine learning, as well as data management, governance and quality. Prior to Nike, Weber served as Vice President of Data Platforms at ESPN & The Walt Disney Company, where he led a global product, engineering and architecture team, setting the enterprise technical product vision and ensuring seamless engineering execution and operation of all of ESPN’s near-real-time data platforms across sport, content and consumer data.

Prior to ESPN, he held leadership roles at Polaris Partners, Microsoft Corporation and the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).
