Cameron Gross

Cameron Gross is a Data Scientist on the Highmark Health Capability Development team. While working at Highmark Health, Cam leads projects related to census forecasting, ED staff schedule optimization, and telemedicine availability.

Prior to his work with Highmark, he worked as a Sr. Process Engineer at II-VI designing and producing thin film coatings for high powered laser optics, interpreting customer requests, and coordinating product flow through the manufacturing process.

Cameron leverages his broad background ranging from nano-fabrication to industrial production to bring new insights to any challenges in the healthcare field.

Cameron holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Northwestern University, and a BS in Engineering and Applied Sciences from Caltech. He enjoys cooking, woodworking, and videogames.
