Keith is the Senior Director of Analytics and Business Intelligence at Discount Tire, where he is building analytics capabilities to help solve the organizations challenges using data. Prior to joining Discount Tire, Keith was the Director of the Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) supporting all of Bridgestone Americas. Keith has more than15 years of data science experience. He creates and leads high-performing analytics capabilities that generate millions in incremental revenue and cost reductions. Keith’s expertise includes: analytics organizational development and talent management; data and analytics processes standardization; and leadership of data science teams that use data to drive business decisions, increase profitability, reduce costs, and create competitive advantage. Previously, Keith held roles with MBNA (Bank of America), North Western Mutual Financial Network, and American Express Financial Advisors.
Keith holds a bachelor’s degree from Ohio University and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management.
